We just got back last night from a 3-day trip to NYC. It is by far one of the best times I’ve had there. We stayed at the Westin on 43rd, near Times Square. We saw the show “The Producers” by Mel Brooks. We went lounge hopping in the Meat District and ate at Bobby Flay’s restaurant called MESA Grill. The food was excellent and I absolutely recommend it to everyone! I tried the rabbit, yes, the rabbit. Thought I’d try something different and yes, it did have chicken texture and consistency. Unlike Emeril’s restaurants, the food at MESA Grill wasn’t overpowered by spices and salt. You can actually taste the ingridients, which is what I prefer.
Lounges we went to are 250 (roof top bar), Hotel Gansevoort (roof top bar), and The Park. We also went to the Pop Burger and Spice Market. And of course, you can’t go to NYC and not go shopping. We went to soho for a couple hours worth of shopping.
