First Outdoor Tourney in Years

I haven’t played an outdoor volleyball tournament in years. I’m an indoor player and prefer to play in temperature controlled environments. Actually, it’s playing tournaments that I’ve stayed away from because it’s so hard on the body and I’m getting old.

My buddy Zen convinced me of playing. We named our team “Rockstars”. Our teammate Honnie got us matching “Rockstar” matching hats. He told me it will be a friendly tournament which was the case. Well, we had some competitive games but ended up winning the tournament. We had a great time and it took me several days to recover from it.
