Our blog [chrisbaltazar.com] has been around for more than a couple of years now. It now has more than 130 posts that feature wedding photography, engagement sessions, travel, media coverage, etc. We decided to get a brand new blog. It’s not that we didn’t like the other one, it’s just the new pimp’d out version is so much easier to use, update and upgrade. With the help of Filnet’s CTO, Scott Prince, we were able to migrate all of our content from our old [typepad] blog to this really cool blog using WordPress. We didn’t lose a post or image. Not one! Everything was safely migrated to WordPress. Thanks so much for your help, Scott!

- Easy commenting system
- Larger photos (yey!)
- The whole thing is larger
- It’s faster since it’s hosted on our kick*ss server
