I posted their e.session photos on my blog last week. The wedding was the following day held at the Four Seasons Hotel. Where’s the Four Seasons in Vegas you asked? The FS occupy the top four floors at the Mandalay Bay Hotel. This is a destination wedding for Wang and Bun who both reside in New England.
I flew in on Thursday and I stayed at THEhotel, also located at the Mandalay Bay. I had a suite and probably on of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. This is my second trip to Vegas this year and both were very short. The first was a day trip to WPPI and this trip was an overnight trip with a redeye back to DC for another shoot the next day. Thank goodness for direct flights. I’ve shot back-to-back weddings before, but never with time zone changes and flights involved. And I lived to tell the story.
I had a wonderful time photographing this wedding. We basically picked up where we left off from the e.shoot the night before. And Wang and Bun couldn’t have picked a better background than the Four Seasons. I’m hoping to catch up when we make a trip to New England later this year.
My second shooter was Greg Moore from Orange County, CA. It was a pleasure working with someone from the West Coast and he shoots NikonThanks Greg!!
