I never actually met Jamie and Teddy before their wedding day. We spoke on the phone on several occasions, but never in person. Their wedding day was a 15 hour shoot with a 3 hour break. So I have to breakup the posts into part one and two. Part one being the cultural ceremonies that took place in the morning.
This is a beautiful cultural ceremony that is a mix of Cambodian and Chinese cultures. The Cambodian ceremonies involved 5 individual ceremonies and multiple wardrobe changes. The Cambodian ceremonies included the Procession of the Groom, followed by the Hair Cutting and Cleansing, then the Passing of Blessings, then the Knot Tying Ceremony, and finally the Shower of Palm Flowers. The cultural ceremonies were concluded with a Chinese Tea Ceremony.
